Goods Reception and Operation
The products which we collect from the suppliers for and on behalf of our customers are subjected to the quality and counting control processes in line with the shipment principles and product specifications in our warehouses, and the information on the goods acceptance is simultaneously transmitted to our customers via the system.
a)We complete the delivery transactions of the products that are taken from the production, and inform our customers of the outcome simultaneously on-line.
b)We complete the reception formalities of the returned goods that are taken from third party suppliers and/or the customers of our customers in conformity with our procedures and inform our customers of the outcome simultaneously on-line.
b1)We place the products to have been delivered to the warehouse directly onto the highest shelves in case they are palette goods
b2)In case the goods are delivered to the warehouse without palettes, we put them into the palettes here according to the specifications of the goods and then we store them in the warehouse and let our customers know the receipt of their goods.

Warehousing
We store and preserve the goods under convenient climate and hygienic conditions in Netlog warehouses in safety and security until the date of dispatch and we inform our customers about the life-cycle and the quantity of the products on real-time basis. Normal warehousing implies the products which will be stored in room-temperature and cold warehousing implies the goods to be stored in a controlled temperature.

Gathering operation Netlog make a pre-shipment order preparation in its warehouse so as to carry the products, as collected within the scope of the shipment operation, to the place of delivery as notified, at the quantity and period of time in such a way as ordered to itself.
In the cases where the ordered quantity for each product to be shipped is smaller than full capacity of pallet, the products are collected through goods collection vehicles from relevant addresses as notified and brought to the shipment ramp.

Loading Operation
The freights are loaded onto the vehicles according to the dispatch orders of our customers as they are to be forwarded to the point of delivery as stated date, time in the order and in form of paletted, stretched or without palettes. The customers are simultaneously notified on-line once the goods are taken out of warehouse and the dispatch bills are issued. |

Office Services
We issue dispatch bills and invoices on behalf of our customers in our warehouses. All the documents of delivery are filed and are submitted to our customers upon their request within 24 hours.

Inventory Management Our customers are allowed to track the actual status of their goods stored in our warehouse on real-time basis. Upon the request of the customer, Netlog is happy to count the goods stored in its warehouses on the exact day and time asked by the customers and reports the characteristics of the goods in terms of quantity and quality to its customers in subject periodically. In particular cases, some goods are requested to be immediately counted. If such is the case, customer may ask their goods to be blocked from shipment or may ask to ship them with a priority |

Reception of Returned Goods The products which our customers order us to collect as any returned goods are collected from the notified addresses after they have been counted and checked. The products separating, sorting, counting and addressing operations have been executing 24 hours each day of a week. |
