The fundamental policy of NETLOG LOGISTICS SERVICES A.Ş in employee training is to contribute to its employees’ personal development and changes just as well as for NETLOG and society, and to create “Happy Employees with Self-confidence” with the use and share of knowledge, skills and experience.
Even though getting training is optional (except for Quality Training) participation in the education is an important personnel evaluation criterion.
At NETLOG; the knowledge, the skills and the experiences of human resources are improved and enriched by six different training programs. These are, Personal, Administrative skills improvement training,
Vocational Knowledge, Skills and Experience Improvement Training

5.1.1.Personal, Administrative Knowledge and Skills Development Training |

The Personal Knowledge and Skills Development Training is aimed at personal development of people. It is comprised of the improvement of the personnel in fields such as communication, behavior, general knowledge, computer-use, speed-reading, language-use, etc. Mass-training is provided within or outside of NETLOG.
The Administrative Knowledge and Skills Development Training aims to equip the managers and the candidates for managerial positions in NETLOG with administrative knowledge, skills and experiences, and up-to-date managerial techniques and knowledge; thus enabling NETLOG to contribute to the improvements successful administrators. The training is comprised of subjects such as leadership, motivation, organizing a team, project Management, planning and control, project evaluation, marketing Management, human resources Management and strategy development. These training programs which the managers and candidates for managerial positions will participate are given within the NETLOG body, in groups or personally, by expert educator trainers or by institutions from within or outside of the company.

5.1.2. Vocational Knowledge, Skills and Experience Development Training |

This training is given in two sub-groups named operational warehouse management training and transport operations training.
The training aims to ensure that the employees in NETLOG perform their functional tasks as good as they can. It is comprised of the subjects that will directly contribute to the job to be done correctly and productively.
The training programs will be given by expert trainers or training institutions either from within or outside of NETLOG, to groups formed by considering the functional and occupational similarities of individuals, depending on the contents of the given subject.

5.1.3. Quality Training |

The purpose of this training is to explain the Quality Management philosophy and approach within NETLOG, to have it adopted by the employees and to share the collective NETLOG corporate culture. It is comprised of subjects such as Quality Management philosophy, corporate culture, corporate identity, quality consciousness, social responsibility and the like.
This training is mandatory and given to all NETLOG employees by managers and expert trainers or institutions from within or outside of the company.

5.1.4. IT Training |

The IT training has various aims and purposes such as ensuring that the employees within NETLOG use as good as they can, or communicating the changes in the versions of software employed within the company. |

5.1.5. Orientation Training |
| |
Human Resources Office considers the qualities and the characteristics of each newly recruited personnel member and prepares the Orientation Program in cooperation with the Administrator to whom the personnel member will be serving under. Orientation Process is performed in accordance with HR Planning / Personnel Selection and Regulation of Job commencement. |

5.1.6. Mandatory Training |

This training includes elements like occupational safety of the personnel, first aid, fire emergency, general company structure and the like. This mandatory in house training for NETLOG employees is given by mangers and expert trainers or instructors of the outsourcing companies.
