For your vehicle demands; your requests submitted to us through Internet are handled by our Central forwarding office in order to be determined whether they are acceptable or not and organized in such a way as to ensure that the nearest forwarding office contacts you as soon as possible, all within a period of 0 to 6 hours upon initial request.
As for your forwarding requests; our fleet which consists of vehicles that are capable of handling your requests are happy to offer you their service, and as for the requests that exceed the capacities of our fleet, drivers, vehicle document controls and registrations, we will be still at your service by directing you either to our sub-contracted suppliers or to the reliable forwarding companies having done the necessary security controls (on quality, standard, compatibility and security performed by our specialist transport office staff). All your loads are insured throughout the entire process; from the point of departure to the point of destination. All vehicles that depart from the initial point are monitored by our vehicle tracking unit throughout the process and our clients are notified of all the arrival controls and the problems en route by our tracking unit before the deadline.
After carrying out the necessary deliveries coming to Netlog payment points, we receive the documents of delivery and after the necessary controls are performed, all delivery documents are archived on behalf of our client, and our archive documentation unit is equipped to send all the documents relating the delivery to our client in 24 hours in case of request.
