Netlog implementation team is responsible of gathering new projects for setting up the procedures regarding the entire organization of the workflow to be done and for carrying out studies in order to take over the current business of the clients. Once the procedures and the operation outline are in order, we share these with the client by doing the necessary improvements according to the client’s demands and executing the process that we call ‘Implementation’ and these are the most important duties of this team. This process, depending on the size of organization to be implemented upon, takes between 1 to 4 weeks to complete.
